- Order Shipment Days: Webb’s Butcher Block will only be shipping the orders out on Mondays of each week however,Please allow us 10-15 buisness days after your order is placed to allow processing of product, ensure the product is frozen and settlement of payment before we send the package out the door; So if you place your order on a Thursday your order may not be shipped out until 2 Mondays from that Thursday. Thanks for your orders.
- Holiday Orders and Cut Off Date: To ensure that you recieve your order intime for Christmas you will need to place your order NO LATER than December 10th. Thanks for your orders.
- Product Substitution
- We make every effort to guarantee total satisfaction. On the very rare occasion that a product is out of stock, be assured that your gift recipient will receive a similar item of equal or greater value.
- Return/Refund Policy
- At Webb’s Butcher Block our goal is to provide you superior service and quality products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible.
If you need to return an item due to a quality issue or damage during shipment, we need to be contacted by email or telephone within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Please provide our Customer Service Department with such details as product description, date received, package tracking number and the nature of the quality issue or damage. We will be glad to replace or exchange the item, or refund your money. If necessary, we will arrange the return shipping at no cost to you.
Returns for any other reason will need to be returned at the expense of the customer. No refunds will be issued for shipping cost of these returned items. Items not returned in original condition or partial return may not qualify for a full refund.

If an item is returned as a result of an incorrect address provided by you, we can reship the product to the correct address at an additional cost to you. Due to the perish-ability of our products we are unable to repackage and ship returned items, therefore you will be responsible for the cost of the new product and we will cover the additional shipping charges.
- Order Processing
- Please Allow 10 to 15 buisness days for order processing and shipment. No orders will be processed or shipped over the weekend, once again Webb's Butcher Block will ONLY ship orders on MONDAYS. Thanks for your Orders!!!
- Methods of Payment
- Customers that order online from Webb’s Butcher Block must pay by credit card. We accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover.
- Only one promotion code per order is allowed. The last promotion code you type in the code box is the promotion that you will receive. If you are linking from another web site, you should not type anything in the promotion code box unless directed to do so on the originating site. All discounts will be reflected in the order total on the order recap page.
