DEER
Our custom Deer Processing consist of you bringing the harvested deer to our shop for processing. You can bring the animal to us several different ways for processing: 1. You can bring it with the hide on, 2. You can bring the deer to us quartered or deboned. One very important thing you will need to remember to have with you is the confirmation number or tag number depending on what state the animal was harvested. It is a Kentucky State Law that any animal harvested and brought to our shop for processing must be checked in with the harvested state and it must be accompained by the confirmation or tag number from the state it was taken from. We will NOT accept any animal without this information.
Our season generally begins in September for Archery and continues on thru January. Our busiest time of the season is our modern gun season which is usually the second weekend in November.
